Remarks / more information:

undefinedEmerging genomic technologies now allow to sequence all genes of individuals (exome and genome sequencing), and complementary approaches allow to sequence the coding sequence of a couple of genes in 1000s of individuals (targeted re-sequencing by molecular inversion probes). This seminar will give insights into both approaches, discuss strategies, timescale and costs.
