Bustin , StephenStephen Bustin is well-known for his research on the polymerase chain reaction and is the author of the book 'A-Z of Quantitative PCR'. After testifying in the Autism omnibus trial in the United States about the unreliability of the qPCR experiment that formed the basis for the trial, he was the initiator and main founder of the MIQE guidelines in 2009.
