NCMLS logo (jpg)

Please be sure to follow the published laboratory safety protocols and exercise the upmost caution when disposing of hazardous chemicals and GGO contaminated materials. In other words: the correct waste in the correct container.

For example, phenol should not be discarded in the blue GGO waste container sent for autoclaving.

This is for your safety, your colleague's safety and for the safety of those handling the waste. Not sure then ask!
